Responsibilities include coaching employees, optimizing displays, handling scheduling, and supporting peak store operations while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and brand standards across displays and store layout.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and restocking processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and daily routines; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and setting expectations.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
