Skechers in Skokie, IL is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee inventory, visual merchandising, scheduling, and store procedures to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, 18+ years old, retail leadership experience preferred, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Retail or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
