Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Meridian, ID location. You will support the Management Team in operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving store performance.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and safety. Weekend/evening availability is required; the role offers competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within Skechers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management or leadership is helpful.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Act as brand ambassador through visual merchandising and store layouts.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor efficiently.
• Oversee scheduling, openings/closings and daily operations; assist with heavier lifting as needed.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Address customer concerns and maintain satisfaction to ensure a positive store experience.
