Skechers USA, Inc. is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant Store Manager in Nashua, NH. You will support the Management Team with operations, team leadership, and customer service delivery to drive store profitability.

Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining visual merchandising, managing inventory and store operations, and implementing sales strategies to exceed goals. Weekend/evening shifts and a strong customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver service excellence.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards and drive inspiration.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and maintain organized selling floor.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth, set expectations, and exceed targets.
• Problem-Solving: address customer concerns and operational issues to maintain satisfaction.
