Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cincinnati, OH to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and develop the store team while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. The position is full-time with potential for growth within the district.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Model leadership and train store personnel.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding of staff.
• Support performance evaluations and coaching for team members.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting to meet store goals.
• Monitor shrink and loss prevention; safeguard assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist in regular merchandise inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
