Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and peers in training store associates and engaging customers.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance objectives.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and staff.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Assist with inventory unpacking as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail; prior management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with retail POS and inventory systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand, and perform related tasks.

Availability

Willing to work onsite with flexible scheduling.
