We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at The San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability, acting as a role model for all team members both internally and externally.
  2. Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisors in training store Associates and preparing them to actively engage our customers in meaningful ways.
  3. Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Support and manage the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
  5. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
  7. Provide and gather feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
  8. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  9. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  10. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  11. Ensure safety and security standards are met, and identify potential issues.
  12. Assist with unpacking inventory boxes, which can weigh 10-30 lbs.

What you bring to the team

  1. Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail; prior retail management experience is a plus.
  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  3. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
  4. Ability to work with large teams.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking when opportunities arise.
  7. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  8. Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to motivate others.
  9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  10. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for extended periods, and occasionally stooping or climbing ladders.
  12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

  • Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
