Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Boise Towne Square in Boise, ID.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Store Manager and train store associates to actively engage customers.
2. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
3. Manage daily store activities in line with company goals.
4. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
5. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
6. Provide feedback to improve business operations.
7. Meet and exceed store performance, productivity, and quality standards.
8. Serve as a resource for product knowledge.

10. Ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
11. Assist with unpacking inventory as needed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail; prior retail management preferred.
2. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, etc.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work with large teams and handle ambiguity.
5. Familiarity with retail POS and inventory systems.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Must be 18 years or older.
