As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth. Our store leaders are retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on customer connections.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
  • Set and reinforce performance expectations and results goals.
  • Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer, vendor, or maintenance issues.
  • Support operational activities and execute floorset directions.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
  • Set daily goals and provide performance feedback.
  • Meet payroll and sales targets by maintaining store coverage and focus.
  • Lead in-store customer experiences by demonstrating product knowledge and selling behaviors.
  • Create genuine customer connections through needs assessment and personalized recommendations.
  • Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve sales and service.
  • Maintain safety standards and store policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous management experience, preferably retail.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and de-escalate customer situations.
  • Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
