Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and ensure our Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results, prioritize efforts, and enhance store performance.
  • Cultivate a positive, safe, and fun team environment.
  • Maintain merchandising standards to meet sales and KPIs.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members for a productive store.

Deliver inspirational retail experiences based on LEGO Brand values. As the face of LEGO Brand Retail, your role involves building relationships with guests and team members, fostering a timeless brand reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Management experience in retail.
  • Experience with POS systems, computer proficiency, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, payroll, space management, and visual merchandising.
  • Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, lift at least 30 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
  • Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
