Arden's Garden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our new Boulevard location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences.

To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies.
• Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press.
• Share nutritional knowledge with customers.
• Ensure Loss Prevention.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
• Assist with store operations.
• Must have a reliable car and cellphone.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
