Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management or third key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, fostering a positive environment, developing staff, recruiting, and achieving financial goals. Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead and develop the team, manage customer relations, and promote a customer-centric environment.
Analyze financial statements, ensure asset protection, promote business growth, and manage a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, firearms (in FFL locations), etc.
This role offers hourly wages plus commission and performance bonuses. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
