FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in a role that partners with the Store Manager to guide daily operations and develop staff.

You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, driving store performance, and handling merchandising and inventory processes across diverse merchandise. You will lead coaching, training, and recruitment efforts while supporting profitability and compliance, including cash handling and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Assistant Store Manager

$16.50 - $19.50 per hour

+ Unlimited Commission + Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team! If you enjoy coaching employees, driving store performance, building customer relationships, and developing your leadership skills, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
