JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They uphold integrity, follow company guidelines, and hold themselves and staff accountable for meeting goals. They foster a respectful and fair environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

The responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring production goals are met by staff.
2. Creating a positive store environment for staff and customers.
3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
4. Assisting in achieving production and sales goals.
5. Closing the store, reconciling cash with sales reports, and securing the facility.
6. Handling customer service and cash register operations.
7. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
8. Inspecting and tagging textiles and clothing in a production setting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles. Experience as a key holder is preferred.

WORK HOURS & PAY

Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and on Sundays from 1 pm. The pay rate is $17.21 per hour.
