Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They uphold integrity, follow company guidelines, and hold themselves and staff accountable for meeting goals. They foster a respectful and fair environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
The responsibilities include:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles. Experience as a key holder is preferred.
Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and on Sundays from 1 pm. The pay rate is $17.21 per hour.
