We are currently looking for the right Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our Team!

Pay: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!

Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.50 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six (6+) months of management/3rd key experience. Assistant Store Managers are accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and promoting a positive/productive environment.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager include:

1. Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet prescribed standards.
3. Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
4. Open and close the store, including cash drawers and merchandise.
5. Ensure asset protection through inventory control and securing customer loans.
6. Administer processes and procedures within the store.
7. Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability.
8. Ensure that operating standards meet or exceed company standards.
9. Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development as requested.
10. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
11. The Assistant Store Manager acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
12. Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
2. Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
4. Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
5. Minimum Age: 18 years old.
6. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
7. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs.
8. Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
9. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
11. Cash handling experience is required.
12. Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.
