$13.00 to $17.00 per hour

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management or 3rd key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Sets the tone for a customer-centric environment and analyzes financial statements to meet goals. Promotes asset protection, business growth, and customer engagement. Offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a friendly, professional, customer-focused environment.
  • Train and develop staff, including Pawnbrokers.
  • Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
  • Manage store opening and closing, cash, and merchandise.
  • Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
  • Handle store processes, merchandising, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance and drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards.
  • Oversee loan qualification and buying processes.
  • Perform self-development tasks.
  • Communicate store goals and mission clearly.
  • Act as manager on duty when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • 40+ hours/week, with hours based on business needs.
  • Computer skills, POS operation, multitasking, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
