Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Warrington, PA to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our salon professional beauty environment.

You will assist the store manager in driving sales, developing staff, and maintaining store standards while working with most major holidays off. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K and more.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Cosmetology license a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis; no immigration sponsorship.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience

Salary Range

From: $18.30

To: $20.30
