Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will partner with the store manager to drive sales, training, and a positive, inclusive culture while maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This fast-paced role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and staff mentorship to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $18.30 To: $20.30
