Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Sioux Falls to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work alongside the store manager to recruit, train, and motivate staff while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage weekends. A cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Salary Range

From: $18.30 To: $20.30
