Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in California to support a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the store manager to recruit talent, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will drive sales by analyzing trends, implementing new approaches, and maintaining a positive, energetic store environment. This role requires weekend availability and a passion for beauty products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication.
• SAP experience preferred; ability to use computerized point of sale system.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18+ years old with HS Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Salary Range: From $19.80 To $21.80
