Job Description

The role of Retail Assistant Store Manager at Vuori is to help the Retail Store Manager lead the retail sales team by forging connections with customers, communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge, and maintaining a positive, optimistic outlook. The role also involves encouraging the team to uphold Vuori’s standards in retail sales and customer experience.

What you'll get to do:
  1. Create an unforgettable customer experience by working with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible, taking ownership of the sales floor, preparing fitting rooms, and building lasting customer relationships.
  2. Be the business by leading the store operations when the Store Manager is not present, motivating the team to meet sales goals, and staying informed about product knowledge and inventory needs.
  3. Leadership/Ownership: Assist with inventory processing, store maintenance, visual merchandising, and safety protocols, while encouraging punctuality and role responsibilities among staff.
  4. Operations: Complete weekly restocking, cycle counts, processing shipments, managing supplies, handling online returns, maintaining the backroom, and managing displays and merchandising standards.
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Available to work mornings and/or evenings, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
  • A punctual and reliable leader who can develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A customer service expert capable of creating positive experiences and handling concerns proactively.
  • Organized, communicative, and proactive with a high level of ownership and willingness to develop skills.

Our investment in you includes health insurance, retirement plans, employee assistance, industry discounts, paid time off, and wellness benefits. The hourly range is $25-$30 plus team pooled commissions.
