ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations and team leadership. You will drive daily store performance, inspire employees, and ensure excellent customer service. Managing inventory, visual merchandising, and sales strategies, you will contribute to the store’s profitability and success.

COMPENSATION:

Starting Rate: $19.10

Hourly Range: $19.10 - $20.27

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, motivate, and foster a positive environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure displays meet style and innovation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and organize the sales floor.
  • Operations Management: Oversee store systems, scheduling, and procedures; support peak operations.
  • Sales Management: Drive revenue by implementing strategies and exceeding goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Address operational issues and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred

  • Minimum age 18
