Responsibilities

We seek a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Assistant Store Manager passionate about customer service and coaching. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and understanding their needs.
• Supporting store sales, customer service, inventory, and expense management.
• Being a product knowledge expert and selling a broad apparel range.
• Coaching and training the sales team on skills and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in an Assistant Store Manager role.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Willing to travel between store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate is $14.90 - $19.60, plus a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on personal sales, and quarterly bonuses based on store performance.
