Johnnie-O in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Naples location, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and building a strong team.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure brand standards across floor sets and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with people.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Ensure the team is confident in product knowledge, fit, and styling to provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Execute seasonal floor sets and weekly merchandising updates reflecting brand standards.

THE ROLE

Johnnie-O is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead the Wilmette, IL retail location, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, building a strong team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for achieving results in key focus areas such as team leadership, sales/community growth, customer experience, and store operations.
