Overview
The Retail Assistant Store Manager at Office Depot, Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving total sales and service growth within our stores. Additionally, your enthusiasm and expertise will help us create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhancing our store's visual and merchandising standards, freight, and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will help lead a customer-centric environment, engage with the local community, all while fostering a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values of Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will be a “Key Carrier” and considered a leader on duty. All Retail Assistant Store Managers must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Full-Time Assistant Manager positions must be able to perform External Key Carrier responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
