What’s It All About?

We seek a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Assistant Store Manager passionate about customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales plans, monitoring customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk management.
• Serving as a product knowledge expert capable of selling and marketing a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Helping build a superior, customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.

Are You a Fit?

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in a commission-oriented environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
