We are currently looking for the right Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! The position offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $17.00, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.77 per hour on top of your hourly rate.
The Assistant Store Manager will have at least six months of management experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, developing staff, recruiting, maximizing financial goals, and managing customer relations. The role involves analyzing financial statements, asset protection, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, firearms, etc. The position offers a base hourly wage plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
