Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a FT Assistant Store Manager in Denver to lead a dynamic team, deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, setting clear direction, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, employee discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range

From: $20.10

To: $22.30
