Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Oversee store in Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales statistics, and expenses.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain quality customer service and adhere to manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures; protect assets and financial information.
