In this role you will assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and developing teammates, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive, inclusive store environment aligned with SPARKED.
• Leads service culture ensuring customers feel welcome.
• Supports events to boost brand engagement.
• Assists recruiting, hiring, onboarding to retain diverse team.
• Uses SPARKED Journal and recognition programs for development.
• Supports opening/closing, store standards, restocking, facilities issues.
• Coordinates shipments and omni fulfillment; maintains stock levels.
• Optimizes scheduling and payroll alignment for sales.
• Listens actively; communicates store priorities to team.
• Provides customer and staff insights to leadership.
