Responsibilities

• Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to retain a diverse, engaged team.
• Supports daily operating processes including opening/closing, restocking, and addressing facilities or IT issues.
• Provides feedback to improve training, scheduling, and payroll alignment to drive sales.
