Job summary

CareerArc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time role in Fenton, MO. You will support the Store Manager in all store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment at all times.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor, or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (unless local regulations state otherwise).
• Must be able to provide proof of work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
