The role emphasizes coaching, achieving store financial goals, omni-channel service, and building community connections through events and philanthropy. This position is regular full-time and on-site at Store 1264-Easton Town Center.

Qualifications

• Passion for the brand and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and replenishment.
• Comply with all policies and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
