Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service and team development is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays; occasional overnights.
• Ability to work within a 25-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members to deliver extreme customer service and drive sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive results and meet sales and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop Team Members on product knowledge.
• Lead on-floor sales leadership and collaboration with other managers.
• Analyze reports to set business strategies.
• Oversee and lead the team to greet customers, build loyalty, and resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize operations on floor, parking lot, and back office.
• Ensure proper cash handling and payroll planning.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting Team Members; train and develop staff.
• Communicate store goals and recognize performance through staff programs.
