Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• 2+ years in retail required
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Willingness to join Scouting America and pass background screening
• Familiar with Teams for daily communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support retail staff, coaching operations and customer-service standards
• Oversee POS operations, cash/credit handling, and discrepancies
• Manage inventory including restocking and orders
• Serve as first point of contact and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with scheduling and delegating tasks
• Reduce shrinkage through stock management and loss prevention
• Maintain clean, safe work area and uphold policies
