You’ll develop Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver best-in-class service. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, while lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays/evenings/weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
