Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager in Riverside, CA to partner with the Store Management Team and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors while hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates.

You will ensure smooth store operations, create a great store environment, and lead by example in leadership and communication. This is a full-time role with benefits including 401k, health, dental and employee discounts.
