You’ll supervise a team, train staff, and open/close the store in line with maurices SOPs. The position offers hourly pay range $20.26–$22.02 plus monthly incentive compensation and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.

• The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best.

• As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis leading the customer experience with the store team.
• The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and as a key holder are involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices SOPs, such as opening and closing the store.
