Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Supervise staff, training, and evaluation as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness and profitability by monitoring sales and expenses.
