The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, problem solving, and a hands-on approach; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Able to lead a team and drive sales while maintaining store standards.
• Supports proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist Store Manager in setting up promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Process register functions and ensure policies are followed.
• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Direct merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Identify customer needs and ensure merchandise assortment meets them.
• Assist with markdowns and transfers in a timely manner.
• Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize team contributions.
• Monitor and evaluate performance in sales, productivity, and shrink.
• Train associates in register and Aptos functions.
• Secure Company funds as per policy.
