Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and act as secondary contact for customers and staff.
• Support sales growth, profitability, and merchandising strategies.
• Oversee staffing, training, and task assignments; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain clean, organized store and ensure adequate supplies.
• Enforce safe work habits and security procedures.
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and vendor invoices.
• Monitor shrinkage and vendor activity to protect operations.
