Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills; ability to coach others.
• Experience with visual displays and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines; supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll for store team.
• Train and develop non-management staff; drive sales and brand standards.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders; maintain inventory controls.
