Job summary

Ashley Stewart Lithonia is seeking an Assistant Manager to execute operational, merchandising and leadership duties during their shift, and to serve as manager-on-duty in the Store Manager's absence.

You will drive sales, support store marketing initiatives, ensure exceptional customer experience, manage store operations, and develop the team. Requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years retail experience, with 1 year supervisory preferred.
