Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and drive profitability through strong sales and service. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and store systems while promoting a high‑performing, inclusive work environment.

You will mentor staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage scheduling, and collaborate with leadership to meet targets in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue.
• Strong visual merchandising and store standards awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador; ensure displays and layouts meet Skechers standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and exceed targets.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
