Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, scheduling, counseling and terminating staff as requested.
• Ensure production goals and sales goals are met.
• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure facility for night.
• Maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports.
• Receive, price and stock donations; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Inspect and tag textiles and clothing in a production setting.
