maurices is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Store 1414-Mall Johnson City, TN 37601 to help supervise a store team and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. You will be supported in developing leadership skills to build your career path.

As a sales lead, you’ll interact with customers daily, lead the customer experience with the team, and help open and close the store in line with maurices SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Assistant Manager applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
