Qualifications

• Five years of progressive management experience.

• Associates should be available to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, scheduling, counseling and terminating staff as requested.
• Ensure production and sales goals are met.
• Close store and reconcile cash with daily sales reports.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Receive, price and stock donations; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
