Job summary

Windsor Fashions is a leading special occasion and fast fashion retailer seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Albany store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a team of fashion‑forward Stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You bring at least 1 year of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring others. A flexible schedule with opening/closing shifts supports a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills with customers and associates.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and maintain overall store productivity and brand standards.
• Lead, coach and develop stylists to deliver a high‑quality Oasis experience.
• Organize daily operations and oversee merchandising and visual guidelines.
• Partner with the Store Manager to supervise training and onboarding.
• Uphold Windsor policies with integrity and professionalism.
