Overview

We are seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Manager at our High Plainz Strains of Log Lane location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing cannabis industry.

Requirements

• Current badge to work in the Colorado cannabis industry is preferred. If you do not have one, you can apply through our website.
• Availability to work 30+ hours per week, including holidays and weekends. Store hours are 8 AM to 10 PM.
• Experience in customer service, shift management, and cash handling. Retail management experience and familiarity with cannabis regulations are highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and adherence to industry rules and SOPs.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting at $19/hour plus tips. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and more. Paid sick and vacation time are provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store activities, including staff breaks and customer service.
2. Manage discounts and pricing issues via POS system.
3. Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
4. Open and close the store, balancing cash drawers and safes.
5. Handle escalated customer issues.
6. Ensure compliance with MED regulations.
7. Track cash flows and record tips accurately.
