Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking dedicated MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER professionals to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales goals, and grow with a fast-paced Wireless Retail environment.

As RAM, you’ll lead by example, train teammates, and partner with store leadership to elevate promotions, service, and audit readiness. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Conduct administrative duties at the store.
Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
